a fresh 9” dough base topped with homemade tomato and basil sauce, fresh and grated mozzarella, your choice of toppings, oven baked till crispy, served with a tossed mixed salad.
Roasted peppers, feta, olives and spinach.
Cajun chicken, onion, peppers and olives
a homemade wholemeal base filled with one of the following, free range eggs, cream, fresh herbs and oven baked. Flan is served with a tossed mixed salad and homemade coleslaw. Each flan will serve 10—12 persons.
Fresh crabmeat and parmesan.
Baked ham, mature cheddar and cherry tomatoes.

Individual Goat’s cheese Tarts
a crisp shortcrust pastry case filled with either cherry tomatoes and basil pesto, or roasted red onion and fresh spinach, a little free range egg and cream, topped with goat’s cheese and oven baked.
