These menus are designed to include authentic dishes belonging to the themed area… The Greek Meze includes such dishes as the much reminisced moussaka, hake roasted with olives, lemon, tomatoes and basil found so readily in the Agean, not to mention the pistachio filled peaches baked with honey, flavours so much associated with the Greek baklava.
